Below is a list of common errors with solutions for Broker 2.0

Error: This page contains both secure and nonsecure items

Problem: People receive this message often when searching for tickets. Especially when there is a waiting line for the tickets.

Solution: To rid this message from the Broker 2.0 Browser, we must change the settings of Internet Explorer. Please follow these steps:

1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Click Tools >> Internet Options
3. Click the Security Tab
4. Click the Custom Level button
5. Scroll down about half way until you see the option that says "Display Mixed Content"
6. Click "Enable"
7. It will ask you "Are you sure you want to change the security settings for this zone?" Press "Yes"
8. Press "OK"
9. Press Apply, and OK, and close Internet Explorer.

Error: Couldn't Connect to BrokerServer. Please try a bit later.

Problem: People receive this message when trying to login to Broker 2.0.

Solution: This is a firewall issue. If you are running a firewall please disable it or allow the Broker 2.0 traffic to pass through the firewall. If you cannot disable your firewall. We also have the older Browser Only version of Broker 2.0 on our front page for you to download which does not require a connection to our server.

Back-Back Button Does not work.

Problem: The Back-Back button doesn't work when you press it while pulling.

Solution: Make sure you launch the Details Page of ticketmaster. If you launch at any other page, the Back-Back button will not work. The page URL that you launch should look something like this:
